Chasing a Toddler = One Hilariously Fun Photo Sesh!

Though we've loved photography for decades, this is the inaugural photoshoot for Zen Coast Collective! And we couldn't have asked for a sweeter family to help us make our debut.

The Setting

Vanessa chose a sweet little park in the heart of Wilmington because little miss Allie loves to explore outdoors. Their family loves taking long walks and bike rides together to discover new and beautiful places.

The Family Portrait

Life with a toddler guarantees that there's never a dull moment! Allie was constantly on the move during our one-hour photo session, including popping out that precious little foot during this family portrait. Paired with her happy shouts and a branch of berries she didn't want to part with, we think this portrait perfectly sums up the joy we feel when we're around Mark, Vanessa, and Allie!

Momma's Girl

While it is absolutely clear that Allie adores both of her parents, there is no denying that she is a mini Vanessa! With those rosy cheeks and fair eyes, she is an absolute stunner just like her mom.

Can You Hear the Giggles?

One of my favorite aspects of this gorgeous girl is that she is her own running soundtrack. The sound effects! The baby babble! The GIGGLES!

Before they were Momma & Dada....

...they were just Vanessa & Mark! Two of the most jubilant people I've ever know and just generally all-around amazing people. We are so grateful to call them friends!

Their Favorite Distraction is Two Feet Tall

In an hour of photography, we managed to get a few shots of just the lovely couple on their own. But Miss Allie was always close by!

Mark & His Girls

This picture makes our hearts just burst open a bit! We wish everyone in the world could have someone look at them the way that Mark looks at Allie & Vanessa.

Strolling Through Life

We can't recall another hour in our lives when time has passed more quickly than this precious photo session did. We had an absolute BALL chasing this wide open little girl around the park with her parents. Knowing that these pictures will adorn their living room walls for years to come is a dream come true for us. We are overjoyed and honored that they chose ZCC for their first official family photos.
